At Himiway, we want you to feel confident in your ride; if you are not completely satisfied with your electric bike, we offer a 15-day return window for new and unused products. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth return process.

Contact Support

Reach out to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to initiate your return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Bike

Carefully disassemble the e-bike and pack it back into its original shipping carton with all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

Affix Shipping Label

Securely tape the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your chosen carrier to the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the bike for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
