How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Himiway electric bikes are equipped with high-capacity Samsung/LG batteries, typically offering a range of 35 to 60 miles depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level used.
Do Himiway bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and front rack. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction video to help you finish the setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer free shipping on all electric bikes within the lower 48 states. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via FedEx or UPS Ground within 3-7 business days.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your e-bikes?
Every Himiway bike is covered by a 2-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the frame, motor, battery, and other key components.
Can I ride my Himiway bike in the rain?
Yes, our bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water to protect the electrical components.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
